Here are a few policies, tips and tricks to ensure the party of your dreams

What is included in the price?
We take care of all the work!  We will deliver, setup & style your party, then return the following day to disassemble/pick up the equipment. We generally allow 1.5 hours for party setups and an hour for pick up. All laundering and cleaning of product is included in the package price.

When should I request a booking for my Dreamland party?
We recommend as soon as you know the date of your party to book right away to secure your preferred theme and date. We do suggest at least one month in advance, but will do our best if your event is sooner. We require a $75 security deposit at time of booking, which will be returned 24-48 hours after time of pick up if all equipment is returned in the same good condition. The final payment will be due one week prior to the party and you may add additional tents after the final count, if available. We accept Venmo, cash or check.

How do I book my party?
Please complete our online booking form. Once received, we will contact you to confirm your date and invoice for security deposit.

When is set up and pick up?
We will agree upon a drop off time, but will be completed at least 1 hour prior to the party. The pickup will be completed the following morning. Dreamland Parties & Sleepovers will handle the complete assembling/disassembling of items.  

How much space will i need?
We require the space to be cleared before we arrive. Dreamland Parties & Sleepovers does not move any furniture or belongings. If we arrive and space is not cleared we will not set up and the party is subject to cancellation. We recommend a reasonable amount of space to ensure a comfortable experience for you and your guest (One tent with air mattress measures approximately 4 feet W x 9 feet L (including all decor).  If you are unsure if you have enough room, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can work to figure out the best space for your party.

If you opt for our DIY option, you will be responsible for picking up/returning party packages in Royal Oak, MI.  Pickup details will be arranged at time of booking.  We will provide detailed setup instructions to ensure each party is styled to perfection. 

How do you launder the linens? Disinfect the items?
A few safety measures we guarantee with every party.  Our sheets and blankets are washed after every use in allergen-friendly detergent.  All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. Decor pillows are included in all packages, but should be removed from tents at bedtime.  For hygiene reasons pillows are not provided, we recommend children bring their own to the party.

Please note: children are allowed to eat light snacks in tents.  Trays can also be used for eating, but keep in mind food or drink may stain linens and tents which you will be responsible for any stained items.

Can the tents be set up outside?
Our tents are all indoor tents.

What Additional Terms and Policies Should I Be Aware Of?
Upon receipt of your booking request, we will contact you to review the Terms and Conditions in our contract prior to paying the deposit.
